Do you have the right aim?
I came across this quote of Vince Lombardi, the legendary football coach:
"One thing I always want about all else is to win. There is no sense playing a game unless you aim to win it. All your playing, working, thinking - everything - should be geared to winning".A lot of people who are exploring entrepreneurship don't have the right aim. They don't because they don't know what their goals are. And, they don't know the goals because they don't have a clear vision of what they want their future to look like. You can want to build one thing today and another tomorrow. That makes you a mere dabbler and not an entrepreneur. Entrepreneurship requires crystal clear vision and clear, measurable, and achievable goals. It also requires a desire to win and the commitment to see it through the end. Entrepreneurship is knowing the path and walking the path at the same time.
Do you have what it takes to be an entrepreneur? And, more importantly, do you have the right aim?
