Learn from your younger

Yes, you heard me right: learn from your younger. I talked about passion on the last post and thought about how millennials handle the issue. They, too, follow the "passionately do what you do" concept. They are the quintessential serial entrepreneurs. They come up with ideas (usually, a solution for a problem they or their peers are having) and work hard to implemented. Then one of two things happen: the idea is success and they sell the company/product and then move on to the next idea; or, the idea fail and move onto the next idea.
Millennials handle idea implementation very differently. They test it, ask their friends, peers, and family to try it out, make comments and suggestions. They implement the good suggestions, eliminate what doesn't work, and repeat the process until they have something that attracts a lot of people and thus, the idea becomes a successful business or product. While they take pride on their work, they don't cling on to their own way of doing things.
Then, they move on to the next idea.
