How to Get from No to Yes

William Ury, a conflict negotiator and author of the book "Getting to Yes", talks at TEDMidwest about how to get people to say YES and arriving to peace.

He proposes an interesting approach that is based on thousands of years of negotiation skills, strategies, and tactics he collected from various cultures around the world. The most important takeaway for me was the "Third Side": Us. We can become the Third Side and facilitate a peaceful resolution of any conflict, being at home, at work, in politics, or even war.
